Cancellation Policy:

 

Cancellation requests must be placed within one hour of placing the order. No cancellations will be accepted once the product has been shipped.

Return and Exchange Policy:

​

• Returns or exchange requests must be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• A fee of ₹100 will be deducted as a shipping reversal fee from the refund amount.

• Items must be returned in unused, unsoiled condition with original tags and packaging intact.

• Return or exchange will be approved only if the aforementioned conditions are met.

• COD (Cash on Delivery) deliveries are not eligible for the refund or exchange policy.

Refund Policy:

 

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days on the original payment method only.

Exceptions:

 

Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.

In case your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, you'll need to courier the product(s) to the following address:
